The Goatherd Experience

I almost forgot, The other morning I believe it was Tuesday, I went out to the barn to do the chores. Dad had let the chickens out before going to work. I went to open the gate and there were Lewis and Clark. Clark was standing and Lewis was laying down and here's what was classic, perched on Lewis' back were two chickens. I wished I had a camera! It was a classic Kodak moment!

Well, Ebbie is huge. Yesterday, she was waddling around. Today, she has a yellow discharge! which means. Dum dah dum.... She's going to kid soon. I'm hoping today because tomorrow morning I'm leaving for Canada for a week and I really want to see the kids before I go. She's not actually in labor yet... Hopefully soon and hopefully there's no trouble with the birth. Gee, this is rather stressful!
